ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE ETC.
For Sl. No. 1[Stenographer]
Graduation with minimum speed of 80 and 40 w.p.m. in English Shorthand & Typing respectively.
For Sl. No. 2 [U.D.C. (Stores/Cash/Estt. /Statistical Asstt.)]
Graduation from recognized University with at least 3 years experience in Administrative and Accounts matters with knowledge of computer.
For Sl. No. 3 [L.D.C. (Stores/Cash/Estt.)]
10+2 or Higher Secondary School, passing typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
Desirable: - One-Year Diploma in Computer Applications.
For Sl.No.4 (Assistant Lecturer-cum-Assistant Instructor)
Degree / 3 Years Diploma in Hotel Management (from an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management/State Board of Technical Education /Recognized University with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
A minimum of 3 years practical experience in hotel and catering industry after passing Degree/ Diploma.
OR
At least 2 years of teaching experience in an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology/ State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University.
INSTRUCTIONS
01.The Application Forms be completed carefully. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
02.The appointing authority reserves the right of acceptance / rejection of an application eligibility/ suitability of the candidate and to decide mode of criteria for selection, increase/decrease in the number of posts, canceling the interview without any notice/ assigning any reason etc. and will be final and binding on the candidates.
03.The prescribed qualification for the above post is the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle the candidates to be called for interview. Where the number of applications received in response to this advertisement is large and it is not convenient or possible for the Department to interview all the candidates, the Department may restrict the same to thrice the No. of advertised posts for interview in order of merits of the marks obtained in the qualifying exam. In case a candidate out of the three time zones is adjudged ineligible before or at the time of interview in such a case, the candidate next in order of merit and otherwise eligible in all respects from among those who are not in three-time-zone will be called for interview in lieu of the candidate adjudged ineligible.
04.Candidate already in Government Service/ Semi Government service, Corporation/ Boards shall apply through proper channel. The Envelope should be inscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _______________.
05. Recommendation of any kind will be a disqualification for the post.
06.Candidates of Reserved Categories and in respect of Assistant Lecturer-cum-Assistant Instructor short-listed for interview will be reimbursed To and Fro 2nd Class Rail fare/ Ordinary bus fare by shortest route on production of tickets.
