Industrial Development Bank of India(IDBI) is one of the largest public sector banks in India with headquarters in Mumbai.The bank has over 700 branches & is looking to open 300 branches this year.IDBI bank has announced recruitment of 1067 Asst. Managers & Mangers (backlog vacancies)
Post - Vacancies – Payscale:
1) Assistant Manager – 880 posts - Rs.14000/-/40900
2) Manager – 104 posts - Rs.19000/-/43500
3) Asst. General Manager – 83 posts - Rs.25700/-/47400

Written test – November 14, 2010

Assistant Manager (Grade A)	Any graduate with aggregate 60% marks, as on 1.09.2010	31(OBC),33(SC/ST), 38(PWD), as on 1.09.2010
Manager (Grade B)	* Graduate from recognized. university [those with CA, ICWA, CFA, MBA, CAIIB would be preferred]	35(OBC),37(SC/ST), as on 1.09.2010
Assistant General Manager (Grade C)	* Graduate from recognized. university [those with CA, ICWA, CFA, MBA, CAIIB would be preferred]	40(OBC),42(SC/ST), as on 1.09.2010

Selection: The process has Written test consisting of Objective type of questions (Reasoning, English Language,Quantitative Aptitude, General & Financial Awareness).Those successful in the test would be called for Personal interview.Based on the performance in written test & interview, the final selection is made.

Fees: The application fees of Rs.400(Gen/OBC) or Rs.75(SC/ST/PWD) has to be paid in cash at any IBDI or SBI branches(extra Rs.50) before October 17, 2010 & obtain the transaction/ code number.The online application can then be filled at the bank website www.idbibank.com.Also take a printout of the application for future reference.
